Sushi burritos: Why haven't I heard of these before?

About six months ago, I was fortunate enough to take a trip to California to interview in Menlo Park. The job didn't work out, but while there, my friend @rhgrant10, took me to a place called The Wrapped Fish. From the street, it doesn't look like much of a destination; a flat tarp sign with a printed logo hangs over the door in a tiny unit in a crowded mixed use strip mall. Inside, everything is clean and unlike many other fast food sushi places, there isn't any weird odor. 

This was the monstrosity that I called lunch that day. It's a giant sushi roll intended to be consumed as a burrito. Brilliant. I thought it was the most novel thing I had eaten in a long time. Sadly, that place is shut down now but I later discovered that there are tons of these sushi burrito shops, many disguised as poke restaurants. If you have one near you, I'd highly recommend trying it!
